教育及工作经历:

王旎,博士,苏州大学材料与化学化工学部化工与环境工程学院助理研究员。2014年毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学学士学位。2017年毕业于中国海洋大学食品科学专业,获工学硕士学位。2021年毕业于浙江大学食品科学专业,获工学博士学位,同年加入苏州大学陈晓东教授课题组,任助理研究员。

研究方向:

研究领域为食品生物技术、微生物学,主要研究内容包括细菌生物被膜的形成机制与防控,微生物发酵过程与代谢产物调控、益生菌开发及应用等。

Personal profile:

Dr. Ni Wang is currently an assistant researcher in School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science of Soochow University. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Engineering from Jiangnan University (2014), Master Degree in Food Science from Ocean University of China (2017), and PhD Degree in Food Science from Zhejiang University (2021). In 2021, she joined the research group of Prof. Xiao Dong Chen at Soochow University. Herresearch field involves Food Biotechnology, Microbiology, andher research interest mainly lies in formation mechanism and control strategies of bacterial biofilm, regulation of microbial fermentation process and metabolites.
